Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Compost Accessories & Compost Bins/Tumblers (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Bamboo Grow Lights (special order items with custom configurations)
  • Personalized or custom-made garden decor items
  • Any product that has been assembled, used, or installed
